Upon placing an order, our Team will confirm whether the new customer was sent by a referral. Once they’ve let us know, we roll out the red carpet of gratitude for both of you.

Upon confirmation of being referred, you will receive a complimentary gift and on the finalisation of the referee’s first order, we will get in touch to collect delivery details for your incredible hamper. We’ll ship one directly to your door, and another to the newly-referred customer.

Terms and Conditions

• In this section, the referring customer will be acknowledged as R1. The referred customer will be acknowledged as R2.
• To be eligible for this program, R2 must be a new customer of Sycal, with no previous orders within the last 5 years. If R1 and R2 are within the same company, they must be within completely separate divisions or areas of the organisation. If there are any discrepancies, a decision will be made manually by Sycal.
• To be eligible for this program, R2’s first order value must exceed £300, excluding VAT.
• Referrals are collected manually by our team during the first point of contact with R2. R2 has 30 days from this point to retroactively disclose the identity of R1 to be eligible for this program.
• The referral program is only available to R1s and R2s based in the UK.
• This program can be pulled or rescinded at any time at the discretion of Sycal management.
