Custom Webstore and Online Merchandise Fulfilment

The Client

The Groundswell event is a practical show aimed at farmers and anyone interested in food production or the environment to learn about the theory and practical applications of Conservation Agriculture or regenerative systems.

For the shows’ fifth year, the contact required a giveaway item for guests attending the event as well as uniforms and other merchandise for staff.

Their Brief

Our contact at Groundswell requested a number of products that should adhere to the following criteria:

  • Eco friendly branded notepads
  • A ballpoint pen within their budget that is also made from sustainable materials
  • Branded tote bag in a natural colour
  • Branded lanyards with an eco or biodegradable option
  • A reusuable water bottle printed with their ‘I love my soil’ design as well as their Sponsors design
  • Printed ‘Poker Chip’ style tokens for visitors to redeem at the event for refreshments
  • A supplier who can pack each bag individually and deliver direct to the event

The Solution

To ensure that the client was satisfied, we supplied Groundswell with a branded cotton tote bag that included their printed promotional flyers, an eco-friendly notepad with a pen included, a vinyl sticker and a custom printed tea towel. Inside the bag also included a packet of Savoursmiths crisps for their guests to enjoy at the event.

The Final Product

From initial concept to delivery, we produced and supplied products and services that fit the clients brief, on budget and on time.

We packed the tote bags with each promotional item so that they were ready for easy distribution at the event ensuring each guest would receive all items.

The bamboo lanyards were worn by all attendees and staff around the event as well as branded high vis, hats and embroidered uniforms, all provided by Sycal.
