Bespoke Merchandise Pack and Distribution

The Client

National Conveyancing Week sets out to shine a light on the conveyancing profession, it aims to “Inform; Educate; Assist; Motivate; Reassure; Help recruit new entrants; Improve the profile of conveyancers and conveyancing and ensure fees can be set at and kept at an acceptable level.”

Our contact required branded merchandise packs with a range of items showcasing their logo, an online platform to sell their surplus packs as well as printed t-shirts made to order. This also required somewhere to stock and fulfil all online orders.

Their Brief

Our contact at NCW requested a number of products and criteria:

  • A selection of branded products packed into branded boxes
  • An online store featuring the National Conveyancing Week promotional pack and t-shirts
  • Products must clearly display the NCW logo and sponsors logos’ where applicable
  • Storage and fulfilment for online store orders
  • Boxes to be individually dispatched to firms in time for the week commencing 11th March

The Solution

To ensure that the client was satisfied, we supplied NCW with a wide range of merchandise ideas based on their requests. Products were chosen depending on whether they could meet the deadline, and meet the budget while providing optimal space for branding.

We created a bespoke selling platform that conveyancing firms could visit to purchase additional packs and t-shirts. Managed by us with our fulfilment services, we monitored the orders, handled the stock and distribution.

Products were ordered directly into our warehouse and built into packs upon arrival. We ensured enough time was left for the packs to be constructed and dispatched.

As we offer storage and dropshipping options directly from our headquarters, providing NCW with this service was easy to cater to.

The Final Product

From initial concept to delivery, we produced and supplied products and services that fit the clients brief, on budget and on time.

Each pack featured 9 products but overall 25 individual items including, pens, coasters, bunting, posters, trolley coins, balloons, mouse mat, sticky notes and a tea towel. The items were branded in full colour, where available and when suitable for budget. Each item was packed into an appropriately sized white postal box and sealed with a branded sticker.

The web store allowed firms to purchase additional boxes with ease and order printed t-shirts made on demand in-house. Suitable surplus stock will be utilised for another event later this year.
