Sycal Storms Snowdon!

Scaling Peaks for Marie Curie

On September 30th, part of the Sycal team will be heading to Snowdonia to tackle our first charity challenge!

Standing at a staggering 3,560ft, Adam, Christa, Sophie, and Paulina will be heading to Wales next month to climb to the summit of Yr Wyddfa to raise funds for the incredible Marie Curie charity.

Founded in 1948, Marie Curie is a wonderful charity that provides care and support for people living with terminal illnesses across the UK. Their nurses are truly incredible, working day and night across homes and hospices providing specialist care.

Whether it’s providing frontline care, practical information, emotional support, or funding research into palliative care and end-of-life, Marie Curie is a truly fantastic cause that we’re thrilled to be raising funds for.

As the emblem of Wales and Marie Curie alike, the daffodil, a symbol of hope and renewal, adorns their cause. A fitting tribute it is, to tread the paths of the mightiest Welsh peak, Mount Snowdon.

Helping This Fantastic Cause

Now more than ever Marie Curie Nurses and their frontline staff are needed to provide vital care, expertise and compassion to terminally ill patients and their families, in their hospices or in their own homes across the UK.

If you’d like to donate to our fundraiser, your gift will mean that someone can receive expert care in the comfort of their own home. Using our JustGiving page, you can donate any amount to our charity climb.

Your generous donation will mean someone grieving can access support to get them through the seemingly endless nights.
