Let’s not be long-winded about it, if you’re looking to source promotional merchandise for an upcoming marketing campaign this Christmas or new year, timing is absolutely critical. During the festive period, there are a number of factors that may lead to longer production and delivery times than earlier in the year.

Simply put, order now and avoid disappointment closer down the line.

Traditionally, the colder months are some of the busiest for promotional merchandise. Whether it’s planning for Christmas and new years promotional campaigns, or simply utilising remaining marketing budgets, November and December can become very busy. Because of this demand, manufacturing lead times may be slower than usual, however, accurate timings will be provided before any order is placed.

Not all of our products are manufactured in the UK. Some of our more bespoke products are manufactured in the Far East and may require 3-6 weeks depending on the quantities and criteria.

Because of this high demand; as well as postal strike and Brexit-induced paperwork, we are preparing for any and all potential delays to customer orders, but will do everything in our power to ensure all items are received on time. If you are working to a specific “no-fail date” let us know and we can help.

As of Wednesday 21st December, our team will be out of the office to celebrate the holidays. During this period, our teams will have little access to their emails and may take longer to reply to any enquiries. We will be returning to the office on Wednesday 3rd January 2023 and will be raring to help you promote your organisation with branded merchandise in the New Year.
