Custom Branded Wellness Journals
Helping promote wellness in your next promotional marketing campaign
A recent study by Champion Health looked into the wellness of employees over the last 12 months. One of the most startling findings was that 35% of all workers experienced stress in their role that had a negative impact on their mental wellbeing, both inside and outside of the job.
Not only stress, but over half of those surveyed experienced low mood and anxiety in the workplace.
All of these figures have worryingly grown over the past couple of years, and although the pandemic has attributed to some of that, we need to make sure that employees are taking care of their well-being in the workplace.
With 70 million workdays lost to mental health a year in the UK; costing approximately £2.4bn, ensuring a good work/life balance is a win/win for everyone.
Journaling for wellbeing
Our new custom branded wellness journals are a fantastic tool to help your customers or colleagues improve their moods and help organise their work-life balance.
The journal opens with nine pages of self-reflection pages written by Karin Blak, wellness and therapy author, explaining the benefits and useful applications of the book. The remaining 144 pages of the book work as a daily planner with areas to explore and track your mood and feelings.
With pages for self-reflection to monitor feelings and growth, these books are a great tool to not only say you care about your employees but to prove it too.
The wellness journey is available as an A5 casebound notebook printed on bright white stock made from 100% post-consumer waste recycled paper. The journal is accompanied with an elastic strap with a soft touch vegan cover. Together, you can create a subtle two-tone effect, with 20 colours available. This material darkens when debossed to make your branding really distinctive but can equally be foil blocked or printed one or full colour.
The book is manufactured and printed in the UK.
