Sales Co-Ordinator

Due to continued expansion a Sales Co-Ordinator is required to join Sycal Umbrellas Print and Promotions Ltd, a leading company in the promotional products marketplace based in Kempston. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing company with the chance to make a real difference.

We are a thriving, fast growing Print and Promotions company supplying branded products to the promotional marketplace. We pride ourselves on giving excellent service to our customers which is second to none.

The right candidate will need to be able to work well under pressure as the role will involve dealing with numerous customer and staff enquiries often simultaneously.

The role will involve
  • Using internal computer system to generate customer paperwork accurately and efficiently
  • Answering incoming calls and customers and supplier emails
  • Provide outstanding customer service to customers
  • Support Sales Managers with queries and processing of purchase orders
Experience/Qualifications
  • Previous general office experience is essential
  • At least a good grade at GCSE Mathematics and English or equivalent
  • An experienced user of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel
Essential Skills
  • Good administration skills
  • Confident verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organisation skills including the ability to multi task
  • Excellent attention to details
  • Reliable with good time management
  • Friendly and outgoing personality with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Dedicated to helping colleagues under pressure

Key Account Manager

As our company continues to grow, so must our team. That’s why we’re seeking a new Key Account Manager to join our expanding sales division. The full-time role is an exciting opportunity for candidates who are seeking to make a real difference in a thriving organisation.

At Sycal, we pride ourselves on our excellent customer service and relationships. The right candidate will need to maintain these high levels even when under pressure, as the role will involve dealing with multiple clients and suppliers simultaneously. Sales experience is essential for the position showing skills of meeting targets and working to deadlines. The ideal candidate for this position must be a driven, self-starting individual with a positive attitude and be able to bring over their own customer base or ready to start by making leading contact with new self-sourced customers.

The role will involve
  • Connect with new companies locally and nationally to promote Sycal’s product range and services.
  • Source and organise the production of goods required by clients with the help of Sycals order management system.
  • Visit customers on a regular basis to help improve relationship
  • Maintain the high customer service and relationships offered by Sycal
Experience/Qualifications
